When you order your lab coat, please be sure that:
- Only your name is entered in the text box. No credentials should be included in the name field.
- At least the first initial of your last name is included. Consistent with badging guidelines, non-managers who receive lab coat allotments are allowed to use their first name and last initial. Managers, however, should include their last name and their first name or initial as space permits.
- No department name is listed.
- Proper capitalization and spacing is considered. All caps not permitted.
- Only one primary degree that matches your education and clinical role is permitted. If your degree is not listed, please choose “Select Credential- Optional” in the dropdown menu which will omit a credential from the embroidery. Click here for a list of all approved credentials for lab coats.
